As a former teacher, I understand first-hand the challenges and rewards of working in Education and I'm passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities. Having successfully managed a branch covering all education sectors, I take pride in building lasting relationships based on trust, understanding, and results. Outside of work, I'm a proud dad to two beautiful girls who keep life fun and full of perspective.

With over 10 years of experience in Education, I've had the privilege of working as a Teacher and Head of Faculty in both state and independent schools. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of how important educators are in shaping students' academic journeys and personal growth. After spending two years as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Kent and East Sussex, I'm excited to continue building those relationships and helping schools find the right staff to meet their students' needs.
