With over a decade of experience in Education Recruitment, Sam has had the privilege of supporting schools and educators across Kent and Sussex. As a former teacher, Sam understands first-hand the challenges and rewards of working in education and is passionate about connecting the right people to the right opportunities. Having successfully managed a branch covering all education sectors, Sam takes pride in building lasting relationships based on trust, understanding, and results. Outside of work, Sam is a proud parent to two beautiful girls who keep life fun and full of perspective.

With over 10 years of experience in Education, Samantha has had the privilege of working as a Teacher and Head of Faculty in both state and independent schools. This hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of the vital role educators play in shaping students' academic journeys and personal growth. After spending two years as a Senior Recruitment Consultant across Kent and East Sussex, Sam has continued to build strong relationships with schools and education professionals, helping to match the right talent with the right opportunities.
