Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging construction lessons tailored to KS3 and KS4 learners

Provide hands‑on, skills‑based teaching in areas such as carpentry, basic plumbing, brickwork, or multi‑trade (depending on expertise)

Maintain a safe, well‑organised workshop environment

Support students' personal development, behaviour, and engagement

Work collaboratively with a small, supportive staff team

Candidate Requirements

Relevant teaching qualification or strong vocational background with a willingness to work towards one

Industry experience in construction or a related trade

Ability to motivate and support learners with diverse needs

Strong behaviour management and a nurturing, patient approach

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a setting that values practical learning, positive relationships, and student success beyond the classroom.

We look forward to hearing from you.
